The Alzheimer’s Disease & Dementia Care Seminar is the pathway to become a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP). The price of the seminar includes the cost of course materials/ handbook and lunch. After completion of the seminar, the application for certification must be submitted within 30 days. The group discount rate for certification is $35.00 and must be paid to the NCCDP. There is a $125 Cancellation Fee if cancelling within 10 days of the date of the seminar..

The seminar will begin at 8:30 am until 5:00 pm. After completion of the seminar, individuals will need to submit their Certified Dementia Practitioner application to the NCCDP, within 30 days. That application fee is $135 per person unless a group discount is provided.
